Khushhali Microfinance Bank Limited is looking for Payroll Officer for its Corporate Office – ISB.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Payroll Processing: · Check and handle each month’s reimbursement claims throughout the KMBL network, and work with the branches to resolve any inconsistencies.
    · Assist the payroll team in the monthly payroll process for employees throughout the network of branches.
    · Monthly allowance reconciliation.
  2. Final Settlements: · Help determine and pay out outstanding balances for departing employees.
    Answers questions from HR and former employees regarding final settlements. Reconciliation of related accounts on a monthly basis
  3. Processing payments: · Help with processing employee loans, payroll taxes, and other payroll-related payments each month.
    Payroll Records & Query Resolution: · Keep payroll files current and accurate by maintaining them.
    · Keep all information regarding remuneration and benefits private.
  4. Additional reconciliations.
    Extra Assignments: · Any pertinent responsibilities delegated by the supervisor.

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance & Accounts / Business / Commerce from an HEC recognized / overseas institution.


Requirement Description
Basic Accounting Knowledge Understanding of basic accounting principles and practices, including various payment systems and scales.
Skills Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills. Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
Travel & Relocation Willingness to travel and relocate as required.
Technical Proficiency Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.
Values Exhibits and upholds the organization’s values and social performance objectives.
Experience At least 1 year of progressively responsible experience in accounting and financial management. Experience in payroll processing is preferred.

Khushhali Microfinance Bank Limited is looking for Officer – BCP for its Corporate Office – ISB.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Business Support:
    • Work collaboratively with internal and external customers to test products for overall enhancement of the quality of the core banking system’s operations.
    • Support business teams with troubleshooting various issues related to T24 raised by end users.
    • Provide assistance in diagnosing and resolving problems reported with the core banking system.
    • Manage system-related support to address operational queries from branch and business users.
    • Support business teams with queries from end users.
    • Escalate branch and business support issues to vendors and ensure follow-up until resolution.
    • Supervise handling of call logs assigned in the Help Desk Management System (HDMS) related to branch and application support.
    • Arrange calls with vendors to address outstanding T24-related issues.
    • Develop user guides for product configurations and provide training to end users for error-free processing.
    • Guide other departments on Business Requirements Documents (BRD) preparation for new developments or bug fixes in the core banking system, and prepare BRDs on behalf of Retail for T24.

    Changes Deployment on Core Banking System:

    • Ensure complete documentation for bug fix deployment on the core banking system via HDMS.
    • Supervise the entire testing process for issues and new developments.

    User Acceptance Testing and Configuration:

    • Analyze configurations for new business requirements related to the T24 core banking system.
    • Configure new products and parameters as per business requirements.
    • Implement changes in product configuration and SOC.
    • Review current software to identify defects and improve performance and stability.

    Capacity Building and Additional Tasks:

    • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes, and practices within the function.
    • In coordination with HRD, conduct Training Needs Assessment (TNA) of operations staff and provide appropriate recommendations.
    • Assist with additional tasks as assigned by the line manager.

Education & Experience:Preferable a Master’s Degree in Business Administration / Finance / Commerce / Computer Science from an HEC recognized / overseas institution.
Minimum 8 years ‘experience in a financial institution or similar environment and minimum 5 Years’ experience in T24.

Skills Should have experience in Core Banking projects focusing on T24.
